Smallest Digital Camera in the World
The Thane mini digital camera is one of the smallest, fully functioning digital cameras in the world. The mini digital camera is small enough to fit into a pocket and comes with a key chain ring which allows you to secure it. It's small size make it convenient to take anywhere.
Digital Still Camera
The Thane mini digital camera is so simple, just point and shoot. You can choose from "Lo" resolution which is ideal for internet pages and allows 80 images to be stored in the camera or "Hi" resolution for 20 photo quality images. Once transferred to your PC, you can either print on your own color printer or have images professionally printed for a small fee.
Short Video Clips
One really neat feature of the Breeze Cam is it's "Continuous Shooting" mode which can take up to 80 shots in quick succession. The included software can then transfer these shots into your own digital movie!
Webcam
It is equipped with 16 MB of ROM making the possibilities and performance of your camera truly fantastic. Not only can your camera take photos, but it also has built-in PC camera functions which will allow you to download your photos to your PC and use your camera as a Web Cam
Because the cost of the camera is a fraction of the price of a regular size digital camera it gives you the opportunity to experience a digital camera without the large expense.
Q: Does it use flash?
No. There is no flash. However, the lighting can be fixed through the Photo Imaging software (upload picture into the Software, and then Edit, and adjust lighting. Some lighting situations can not be corrected for.
Q: Does it need film?
This is a DIGITAL camera, and so it does NOT use film, nor need film. The camera works with the computer instead of the film.
Q: Will it take pictures in the dark?
It will take the pictures. But they will be pitch black.
Q: Is it good for children?
It is very good for children. It is simple (point, click, shoot), very easy to operate and the pictures are very easy to upload. The instructions are very simple, and due to the children's capabilities with computers at this day and age, they will figure out the camera and all its usages within 15 minutes or so. Plus, children have a tendency of taking many, many pictures, and this would come in great to save on the film and developing costs.
Q: What is the memory?
It has the ability to take 20 shots with the high resultion, or 80 shots with the low resolution. Once the 20 or 80 pictures have been taken, they either need to be uploaded to your computer and deleted or just deleted before you can then take another 20 or 80 pictures.
Q: Is it a video camera?
It is a video camera. One can take a video clip up to 20 seconds in length (this is in the low resolution mode; in high resolution, the video clip is shorter). Note that this camera does not record sound.
Q: What is the life of the battery?
The life of the battery varies on how much you use the camera, and if you make sure that it is not turned on all the time.
Q: Can you get a memory card for it?
No. One can not add a memory card to it.
Q: Is it Compatible to Windows?
It is ONLY compatible with Windows 98 SE, 2000, and XP. However, one NEEDS to have a functioning USB port! Some older computers do not have USB ports.

If the battery is weak change it immediately. If the battery is replaced within 8 seconds of the old battery being removed stored pictures will not be lost.
